Let The Sea Roar!

By Anthony Smith Jeremiah 5:22-5:22 Let The Sea Roar! Psa 98:7 Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Jer 5:22 Fear ye not me? saith the LORD: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it? [Jer_10:7; Deu_28:58; Psa_119:120; Mat_10:28; Luk_12:5; Rev_15:4] Where is the fear of God the Almighty? Are the people so strong that they can fight against the will of God? Can a nation that forgets God survive? The word rendered be troubled means to boil; to ferment; to foam; and here it refers to the ocean as agitated and lashed into foam. The world will not be destroyed by water again, but it is being punished, India, Japan, Philippines, South East Asia, Germany, Poland, Italy and yes America. Isa 5:30 And in that day they shall roar against them like the roaring of the sea: and if one look unto the land, behold darkness and sorrow, and the light is darkened in the heavens thereof. Isa 13:9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it. Jer 25:30 Therefore prophesy thou against them all these words, and say unto them, The LORD shall roar from on high, and utter his voice from his holy habitation; he shall mightily roar upon his habitation; he shall give a shout, as they that tread the grapes, against all the inhabitants of the earth. Jer 31:35 Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth [to stur up] the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name: The A-politic Nature of the elements of prophecy are being fulfilled but still yet, there are millions of people that refuse to heed the warning. I dont, as many others do, take every disaster and cry out doom and disaster, but when all the elements of Revelations start coming together, its time to blow the trumpet and wake a sleeping people. Jer 10:10 But the LORD is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation. Fear ye not me? saith the LORD. Where is the fear of God? Does the earth have to be on fire before mankind starts to fear God and his wrath? There is no fear of God before their eyes. Mankind looks for comfort in the arms of Government and self, family and friends, those who cannot help, who cannot comfort, who cannot save. This is the duty of Ministers;1Ti 5:20 Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. But have the ministers also lost their fear of God and replaced it with the fear of mans retribution? God help us all if thats the case. We are the light of the world, but if we loose that light all mankind shall be in darkness. A man asked me the other day,Where is God, Where is the proof that the Bible is real. I hear so many different interpretations that I dont know what to believe. Thomas needed proof and I will be like Him, where is the proof ? I told him of history books, not related to the Bible that supported all the accounts of Jesus, I told him of history biographeys of famous men that gave testimony of the validity of the Bible and I told Him of Faith in the unseen to help believe those things that we can see. My talk with Him still continues. Heb 11:7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. Let them behold darkness and sorrow, let the seas roar, let the dead bury the dead, let that light of freedom and comfort be extinguished, so that the soul might be saved. Is this because of just one catastrophe, No, its because of prophecy coming together in this lifetime. Just as Noah was warned, we are also warned. Mankind in the day of Noah, scoffed and laughed at the preachings of a man of God, and the same is coming to pass today. Noah condemned the world by his obedience to the will of God. Building of the arc was not only a task to save his family but was the prelude to the end of man on the earth, lawlessness, greed, hatred, sin, and disaster. The same is as today, an arc is being built, not one that can be seen, not one that can be moved, but one of the spirit, calling out for those that fear God to come aboard and be saved from the roar of an angry God. Who is going to stand in the anger of Gods wrath? Nations and Governments are turning away from the truth, turning away from Righteousness, turning away from the reality that which is of God. Laws being passed to insure and unholy lifestyle, lies and compromises, replacing one dictatorship with another, false religious and false prophets, going on the air ways spouting death to those that believe something other than they believe, this is not Christ like and payday is coming. To stur up the anger of God, to make Him roar like a Lion, to taunt Him with speculation and unbeliefe. Men are laughing at God and His anger is kindled. Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled – The waters of the sea. The idea is, that they would not be afraid, not be afraid of God but of the times that they live in, though everything should be in commotion, and be as unsettled as the restless waves of the ocean. The earth might be changed, the mountains removed, the agitated sea roar and dash against the shore, but their minds would be unsettled, but their fear would not be of God. Man is looking for a natural explanation for tragedy and suffering. Their looking to place blame on anyone or everyone except themselves. Christian and sinner alike are suffering, but the Christian has someone to comfort them. The sinner must repent and have the fear of God within them. Eze 7:19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity. Zec 7:12 Yea, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the LORD of hosts hath sent in his spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the LORD of hosts. I leave you these questions to answer for yourselves; Where is the fear of God the Almighty? Are the people so strong that they can fight against the will of God? Can a nation that forgets God survive? Aromatherapy Basics

By Matt Ream Aromatherapy is a physical and psychological healing method that is not new, but is experiencing a revival. The ancient Chinese, American Indians, and many other cultures have used herbs throughout time for medicinal purposes. Today, it has been alternative health practitioners and New Agers who promoted the use of aromatherapy. Aromatherapy has many uses, and comes in many forms. It can help you heal your mind, body, and spirit. People use aromatherapy to solve a variety of conditions from the most severe medical conditions to a simple need for relaxation. Most commonly, you will find people who use aromatherapy products to feel better about themselves and their lives. People who light a scented candle, poor scented oil into a bathtub, or burned incense are using aromatherapy to try to relax or soothe their tired souls. It is believed that aromatic herbs were used in 16th century England to ward off the black plague. From what little I know of English history, it must not have worked very well. Still, there have been many cultures who have used herbs to heal wounds, cure diseases, and even to worship their gods. Some of the plants that are used in aromatherapy include Juniper, rosemary, sage, and lavender. These are all used in cooking as well, due to their aromatic nature. Modern aromatherapy distills the very essence of these and many other plants into what we call “essential oils.” Essential oils are simply a super concentrated substance derived from these plants. In order to use essential oils, they normally need to be diluted with water or unscented oils. They can then be inhaled through aromatherapy inhalers or rubbed on the skin. When inhaling any vapors that contain essential oils, be cautious and use a light dosage of the oil, because too high of a concentrate can be dangerous for your health. One of the simplest ways to take advantage of aromatherapy is to buy a scented candles. Many companies now sell candles that are designed to help you with certain things. These contain specific scents targeted to your ailment. Many studies have been done on the effect that scents have on the human brain, but that is the subject of an entirely different article. Aromatherapy massages are popular as well. These involve getting massaged with oils that have been mixed with essential oils. If you’re interested in relaxation, this gives you the dual benefit of the relaxing aromas along with the massage. I’ve mentioned relaxation a lot because it’s a great use of aromatherapy. Whether you need to unwind from a stressful day, or you’re visiting a spot for a long weekend, choosing aromatherapy to help you relax is never a bad choice. Can aromatherapy really solve all of your problems? Well, not really, but it can definitely make you feel better today. Fishing With Your Dog

By A.J. Klott Man’s best friend. Who better to share time with when out on a fishing trip than…. ….Man’s best friend. I don’t know about your dog but any number of the pooches I have had in my lifetime have never had the ability to throw a five weight line let alone handle a level wind reel. Something about the lack of opposable thumbs, has been a real handicap in making our faithful canine companions the perfect fishing partner. Nonetheless, many a fishing trip has been made with either my dog or a bi-ped friends dog along for the experience. For me, dogs have always added to almost any outdoor experience, whether it be hiking, camping, bird hunting, mountain biking,or skiing. Fishing, on the other hand is somewhat a different story. In my mind, I have always dreamed of having that perfect pooch, the one that walks calmly by your side, curls up and takes a nap while you endlessly cast over and over for hours to trout filled waters. A dog that yawns, stretches, wags his tail and comes over to give your catch a sniff and a lick before you release your finny playmate back into his natural habitat. Nice dream. I don’t know about you, but most of the fishing/dog fishing experiences I have had– have not exactly fallen into the Hallmark special dog category. More like a Mel Brooks comedy. My dogs have usually been somewhat overexuberent in their fishing adventures, doing happy things like: 1)Running at breakneck speed and leaping into a fshing hole–especially one that you have belly crawled or “stealthily” snuck up on so as to not spook the fish– and then swam around in it, thanking you for finding such a wonderful place to cool down from racing up and down the banks. Most dogs I have had really love the water, in fact, I used to have a Husky that would swim halfway out into the river, pretty much scaring away any fish in a three county area. 2)Eating dead fish carcasses, which invariably lands your dog at the vets office, where six hundred dollars later, “mans best friend” does not so much as offer one thin dime or learn a small trick that might land you a spot on Letterman, so you can recoup some of your costs. 3) Rolling in dead things–or worse! Nothing like having your dog find something good and rank, up to and including animal excrement, giving a good roll in it, and then coming to snuggle up with you while you try to cast. 4) The old tangle up the line trick. Sure, most of the time you can’t get your dog calm enough to sit by your side, but want him to give you some room to cast a fly line, and he will walk on, over and through your line until he has some sort of Chinese string puzzle created, that only a nine year old girl can undo. Better yet, he will “sniff” around right in your backcasting zone until you eventually land a #6 Green Butted Skunk deep within his fur. 5) Speaking of Skunks. Nothing like the eye jarring, nose alarming smell of a two in the morning skunk rendezvous. Your faithful friend is mighty proud that he has saved the fish camp from the nightime intruder. This is especially enjoyable when you yell at the top of your lungs for him to get back in the tent–and then yell at the top of your lungs for him to get BACK OUT of the tent. This has happened to at least four different dogs, and has left my camping rig and gear smelling like skunk for months. We have even given the old “tomato juice” baths right on the bank of the river before, which only makes the dog smell like a skunk pizza. Not to mention, the bath scene which resembles some sort of sickening bloodletting ritual–which induces calls to 911 from nearby campers. The dog also usually likes this new man/dog bonding ritual and of course wags his tail profusely while self indulging himself in a virgin Bloody Mary, thereby splattering you with most of the tomato juice. 6) Fish wrestling. For the most part, your dog can care less about your fishing experience, usually wandering about looking for any of the aforementioned fun things to do. On the off chance you can concentrate long enough to actually catch and land a fish, and suddenly he is on top of your fish licking, tooth tagging, and generally treating your catch like a s”squeaky toy”. If the fish is lucky enough to make it back into the water, he is sure to swear off eating worms for the rest of his days. 7) Dog flatulence. Do I really need to say anything else?? These are just a few of the many pleasures of fishing with your dog, and I am sure you have some interesting stories yourself. Man’s best friend? You bet. There is still nothing better than the companionship of our cold nosed, cow patty breathed, furry friends. And any good fishing tale I have ever heard has been enhanced by the presence of the TAIL of man’s best friend. Happy Tails To You…. A.J. Klott Author, writer of fishing humor, and “fly tack” peddler.A.J. writes about the people, characters and modern day events that surround the fishing world. Skincare – A Foundation for Beauty

By Mary Pelling In my role as a beauty consultant I am constantly surprised by the number of people who, when asked about their skincare routine, simply don’t have one! If more people followed the basic skincare routine I have laid out below, there would be less people who need to seek specialist advice for, for example, a special occasion such as a wedding, party, or even just for day-to-day skincare issues. I usually like to have an initial consultation with a bride at least six months before her wedding for that very reason – if there are lots of skincare issues to be addressed, it can take some time to achieve the glowing complexion they are looking for. And I also think that the run-up to a wedding (which can be as long as you like!) is a great excuse to pamper yourself! There is a saying -”It takes 21-30 days to develop a habit”. If you set yourself a goal of performing a basic skincare routine for 21-30 days, at the end of that time you will find it has become second nature and will be quite hard to break. I have outlined below a simple routine which, once established, takes only a few minutes each day: Daily: Cleanse, tone and moisturise twice daily, morning and night. You should be doing this already, but if you are not you will see and feel a difference very quickly. There are also many supplemental products available which you can use for an extra moisture boost if your skin is dry or for spot treatments if the need is there. If you have dark circles under the eyes, it is worth investing in a good eye cream. Also, drinking more water will help to plump up the skin cells and reduce the darkness under the eyes. Weekly: Exfoliate once/twice a week with an exfoliator containing microscopic polishing beads, not crushed kernels or similar as these can scratch the surface of the skin and may cause inflammation/infection in susceptible individuals, e.g. those with sensitive skin. Apply a face masque once/twice a week (on a different day to exfoliating) with either a hydrating or a deep cleansing masque, depending on your skin type or current needs. I always recommend keeping both kinds of masque so that if your skin feels like it needs a thorough cleanse you can use the deep cleansing, but if it has a day where it feels dry you can use a hydrating masque for an extra moisture boost. Monthly: A monthly facial is good but NOT in the week before a wedding or special event. A facial will bring out the impurities in your skin and you don’t want to be fighting off spots and blemishes when you have a big occasion coming up! You will probably feel stressed enough in the run-up to the occasion without having spotty skin to deal with as well! AND FINALLY … Don’t forget your lips – when you brush your teeth, rub your toothbrush (without toothpaste!) GENTLY over your lips to remove any dry/flaky skin, then apply lipsalve or Vaseline. Once you have established your skincare routine and can see the improvement in your skin, you can start to think about the make-up you want to apply to your newly glowing complexion! I feel another article coming on! Write It & They Will Come – 5 Ways Written Information Products Can Help You Build Your Business

By Linda P. Dessau Whether it’s a downloadable report available from your website, a book sold in the bookstore or a brochure that you hand out at a trade show, an information product is just that – a product that contains information. A well-written information product is valuable to your potential customers because it offers them insight, tips, solutions or awareness into the issues that most concern them. A written information product is valuable to you because it can help you to build your business. Here’s how: 1. You can create a targeted list of names and email addresses. By offering a written information product available at your website, such as a free e-course or special report, you’re giving your visitors something valuable in return for their name and email address. When your information product is created especially to address the needs of your target market, you know that the people who request it will be interested in what you’re doing. 2. You’re the expert. A written information product demonstrates your expertise in the topic that you specialize in. It will make you more attractive and credible to prospective clients and customers as well as to referral sources and the media. 3. You stay on their minds. A written information product such as a brochure or handout is something people can take away with them, when you meet them at networking events, trade shows or in line at the grocery store. Because it has useful information, they will want to keep it and look at it again. 4. Your visitors have an attractive variety of options. For customers or clients that are unable or unwilling to pay for your top-level consulting or in-person services, written information products offer a cost-effective option for you and a valuable and satisfying option for your clients. 5. You’re open 24/7. Your prospective clients and customers can take action and get a response from you 24-hours a day. A message or series of messages delivered automatically from your website can provide a hands-off way for you to provide a sample of your services, sales information or answers to frequently asked questions. And that’s not all! Consider the added value to your customers and clients (and the added revenue for you) of adding e-books, tutorial packages, learning guides or other products. The possibilities are endless! (c) Linda Dessau, 2005. Linda Dessau is a writer and coach. How to Make this Year’s Reunion Your Best Ever

By Tony Cohn Let’s face it, planning a family reunion can be a nightmare. Not only is it tough to get a hold of relatives that you regularly see but it can be almost impossible to locate loved ones who you haven’t talked to in years. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a family to come together. Therefore, there has to be an alternative method for locating relatives. There is, and it is online people searches. You may be thinking to yourself, “How can a web site help me locate my family members in time for my reunion?” Quite simply, people search web sites can locate long lost family members in a matter of minutes using the latest people search technologies. Even if you have never used the internet to locate someone before, it only takes a little bit of information to get your search started. Once you log on, there are a number of ways that you can find a relative. All you need is a last name and you can begin your search. However, the more information that you can provide about a relative, the easier it will be to find him or her. So, to begin your search, you need to gather all of the information that you have on that particular relative. To get the best results, PeopleFinders.com suggests that you search for your relative with as much of the following information as possible: * Last Name (maiden name, aliases etc.) * First Name (also includes nick names like Bob, Tony, Dave, Ginny) * City (where you think they may live or where they have lived) * State (where you think they may live or where they have lived) * Date of Birth * Phone Number (previous or current number) * Social Security Number Now it is not necessary to have all this information when you are searching for a relative. In fact, most people only know a couple of the above listed items when they begin their search. However, a general rule when you are searching for someone is the more information that you have, the easier and more accurate your search will be. Once you enter in as much information that you can about the relative, you then hit the “search” button and you are given a list of names. From here, your relative search can begin with a list of possible relatives that may be who you are looking for. Choose the closest match to who you are looking for and you are on your way to contacting your relative. How easy is that? Founded in 2006, People Search News is a Sacramento, California based non-commercial online source for people search and people finder related news and information.
